Lucky97 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Player Agreement

By accessing or using the Lucky97 platform — whether on mobile, tablet or desktop — you enter into a binding agreement with Lucky97. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Lucky97. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the platform.

Lucky97 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When we do, the revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. To use Lucky97 and place real-money bets, you must be at least 18 years old. This is a firm requirement and there are no exceptions. If Lucky97 discovers that a member below the age of 18 has opened an account — whether the discovery is made during registration, at the withdrawal stage or at any other point — the account will be immediately suspended. Any deposits made by an underage account holder will be returned using the same payment method used for the original deposit, and all winnings generated during the period of use will be forfeited without exception.

You also confirm that:

• You are using your own funds and not funds provided by a third party for the purpose of gambling.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list relevant to online gaming.
• You are not a current employee of Lucky97 or an immediate family member of one.
• You are acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any organisation.

Each person is permitted to hold one Lucky97 account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — is prohibited and may result in all accounts being permanently suspended with balances forfeited.

Lucky97 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Lucky97 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — those are beyond our control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect members from fraudulent withdrawal attempts. Lucky97 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are only processed to verified payment methods registered to the account holder.
• Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Lucky97 may request proof of ownership of the payment method used for any transaction.

Lucky97 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated clearly in the promotion itself. The general rules in this section apply to all Lucky97 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Bonuses credited to your Lucky97 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement means you must bet a certain multiple of the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit amount — before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. • One welcome bonus per household, per device and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once using different accounts is considered fraud.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds when betting. Real-money winnings can be withdrawn without restriction. Bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without replacement.

RNG (Random Number Generator) games on Lucky97 use certified random number generation software that produces genuinely unpredictable outcomes. These systems are independently tested and audited. Lucky97 does not and cannot influence the outcome of any RNG game after a round has started. All game outcomes are final once settled.

In the event of a technical fault during a game or a disconnection from a live table, Lucky97 will apply the following policy: if a round was in progress and the result cannot be confirmed, the round will be voided and the bet amount returned to the player's wallet. If the result was determined before the disconnection occurred, that result stands. Lucky97 is not liable for internet connection issues on the player's side.

• Players must make betting decisions independently. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Using software tools, bots or automated systems to place bets or interact with games is strictly forbidden.

The following activities are explicitly prohibited on Lucky97. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one Lucky97 account, whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or any other reason.
• Money laundering: Using Lucky97 to process illegally obtained funds. Any deposits that appear to be connected to money laundering will be reported in accordance with applicable financial regulations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds into Lucky97. This is treated as fraud. The account will be suspended and the amount charged back will be pursued through appropriate channels.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay, including arbitrage betting specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance.
• Impersonation: Opening an account in someone else's name or using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.

Lucky97 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe, discovery that the account holder is under 18, or where the continued operation of the account would create a regulatory or legal risk for Lucky97.

If your account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these terms or suspected fraudulent activity, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Lucky97 will communicate the reason for suspension where it is safe and appropriate to do so. In cases where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct — for example, at the player's own request — any genuine verified balance will be returned to the player using their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own Lucky97 account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Any active bonus funds at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal to the account's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
